For staffing agencies hiring operational roles

You post a job, a hundred WhatsApp messages come in, and you answer twenty.
FILTRA answers all hundred.

An agent answers every message in seconds, handles the usual questions — pay, location, shifts, meal and transport support — using the real information from the job posting, scores the candidate against your requirements, and books the interview. You watch it all live and take over whenever you want.

You already paid for the messages you never answered

What the ad already cost you
If you pay for ads on job boards or Facebook, every person who writes in has an exact cost: what you paid divided by how many arrived. You answer 120 out of 300 — you paid for the other 180 too. In typical cases, more than half of the posting spend goes to messages nobody ever attended.
The roles you do not fill
A client asks you for thirty roles a month and you fill twenty. Those ten are revenue that never happened — and you know exactly what each one is worth at your placement fee. Attending more candidates is the most direct path to filling more roles.
One more recruiter on your team
This is not about taking work away: it is another pair of hands. One that answers the hundred messages while your two or three recruiters do what actually fills roles — interviewing and closing. Same team, more clients served.

How it works

The whole journey, exactly as it is built today.

01
The agency enters the job
Pay, location, shifts, requirements, benefits, documents and the screening questions.
02
It pastes the link into its ad
Every job gets its own WhatsApp link and QR code, with the job code already written into the message, ready for a job board or Facebook.
03
The candidate writes and gets an answer at once
The agent already knows which job they mean, because the code came in the link.
04
It answers using only what the job posting says
If someone asks about something you did not enter, it does not invent an answer: it logs the question and hands the chat to a person.
05
It screens, captures details and scores
From 0 to 100, weighing intent, complete details and requirements. The agency sets the threshold.
06
It books the interview, or hands you the lead
Three modes: the agent closes the appointment, holds a slot for you to confirm, or never mentions dates and simply hands you the lead.
07
The recruiter teaches the agent
Questions it could not answer show up on the job posting; once you answer them, they become knowledge for the next candidates.

It does not talk to a warehouse worker the way it talks to an accountant

The agent changes how it behaves depending on the kind of role.

Operational role
The candidate wants to know three things: how much it pays, how far away it is, and whether there is meal and transport support. The agent volunteers all three in the first useful message, without being asked — because in short hiring cycles with this much movement, whoever takes too long loses the candidate. Meal support and transport support are their own fields on the job, not a line buried among benefits.
Office role
Here the questions are different: the project, the team, the growth, the working arrangement. The agent converses more and does not lead with pay, because the decision is slower and more considered.

“Won’t a bot scare off my candidates?”

That is the first fear, and it is a fair one. It is why the agent says only what you entered about the job — it never invents. When it is asked something it does not know, it does not stall: it logs the question and hands you the chat. And once you answer it, that answer becomes knowledge for the candidates who come next.

Scheduling, your way

Three modes, configurable per job: the agent closes the appointment directly, holds a slot for you to confirm, or never mentions dates and simply hands you the qualified lead. The 0-to-100 score weighs intent, complete details and requirements — and you set the threshold.
