WhatsApp assistant that quotes and books home services

Customers ask for a quote on WhatsApp at 11 at night.
FILTRA quotes, books and follows up.

An assistant answers your business’s WhatsApp around the clock: it quotes from your price list and the photo the customer sends, books the visit, reminds them and asks how it went. For upholstery and carpet cleaning, house cleaning, pest control, repair technicians and any service that gets quoted and booked over WhatsApp. You see it all live and take over the chat whenever you want.

The customer you did not answer has already messaged someone else

The late-night messages
People ask for a quote on their sofa cleaning once the kids are in bed. We messaged six home service businesses in Monterrey, Mexico, at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday, asking for a price for the weekend: the fastest replied nine hours later, with no price. One of them said “Open 24 hours” on its profile.
The ad you already paid for
Whoever messages you from a Facebook ad is messaging two other businesses at the same time. The first one to answer with a price gets the job. Every message left on “seen” is an ad you paid for someone else.
The half-finished quote
They asked for a price, sent the photo, asked whether you cover their area… and that was it. Nobody wrote back. A service business loses more customers to conversations that go cold than to price.

How a WhatsApp assistant for home services works

The whole flow, exactly as it is built today.

01
Connect the number you already use
The assistant answers from the WhatsApp your customers already have. No new number, no new phone.
02
Enter your price list
Sofas by number of seats, mattresses by size, chairs, car interiors, add-ons, and your travel fee by area. That is all the assistant needs to quote.
03
The customer writes and gets an answer right away
At 11 at night or 6 in the morning. It asks what they want cleaned, how many pieces, what fabric and where they are.
04
It quotes from your list, and from the photo
If the customer sends a photo of their sofa, the assistant looks at it: it counts the pieces and recognizes the fabric to get the quote right. A price that is not on your list is never given: if something cannot be worked out, it hands you the chat.
05
It books the visit and confirms the address
It offers a day and time from your calendar, reads back the full address and waits for a “yes” before booking. A wrong address is a wasted trip, so nothing is booked until it is confirmed.
06
It reminds and follows up
It confirms the visit the day before, reminds the customer that morning of what needs to be ready at home, and on the next business day asks how it went. If a quote went cold, it picks it back up.
07
You step in when it matters
You see every conversation live. If the customer asks to talk to a person, or the assistant does not know something, it hands you the chat with the full context, not from scratch.

What a quote looks like

A test conversation with the price list of an upholstery cleaning business, handled by the assistant exactly as it would be.

Hi, I’d like a quote to clean my sofa.
Hi! Happy to help. Is it an L-shaped sectional or separate pieces, and what fabric is it?
It’s an L-shaped sectional, microfiber. Sending you a photo.
Thanks, got it: an L-shaped microfiber sectional, 6 seats. The cleaning is $120, plus a $15 travel fee to your area: $135 in total. Shall I book the visit?
Yes, Saturday morning.
I have Saturday at 10 or at 12. And please confirm the full address for the visit, with street, number and a landmark.

Sample prices. The assistant only quotes from the list you enter; if something is not on it, it hands you the chat instead of making up a number.

“What if it quotes wrong?”

That is the right worry: a made-up price turns into an argument at the customer’s front door. So the assistant quotes only from your list, exactly as you entered it, and whatever it cannot work out it does not say: it hands you the chat. You can change the list whenever you want, and the assistant quotes from the new one starting with the next message.

Reminders go out on their own

WhatsApp only allows free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. For everything else —confirming the visit, reminding them that morning, asking how it went— the assistant uses Meta-approved templates, which we create and register for you. Without them, reminders do not arrive; with them, they arrive even if the customer has not written in days.

Hands-on support
US$139 /month
Optional. A 45-minute call every two weeks, a review of your active services and prices, and a monthly report we walk you through.
Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
We do not: Meta bills your WhatsApp account for each message the assistant sends, less than one US cent per reply or reminder in Mexico. We do not resell them or add a margin. People who arrive from a click-to-WhatsApp ad open a 72-hour window in which Meta charges nothing.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. Setup is the only one-time charge.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars before tax; customers in Mexico get a CFDI 4.0 invoice.
Tell us how many customers message you a week.
We will tell you how many never got a quote.
A 15-minute call with your real price list. From US$159 a month before tax, on the number you already use.
